after downloading the emu download the patcher download here>> http://www.mediafire.com/?savh278n4p6l3nd
then download the BIOS here download Here>> http://www.mediafire.com/?93nj8pn474jn3kj
Installation:
install the emulator first
next install the lucky patcher
then after installing lucky patcher open it then find FPSE then Long Press then choos remove license verification
after that open FPse then it Should ask for an BIOS to be loaded then choose the BIOS file Which you Downloaded here. then you can play all the old PS 1 games you loved.
