[HOT] Tutorials on how to use JAF

In this verse of our new update this is all about Symbian now. to help other Symbian owners to have a customized feel of their Symbian phone.
note:
"you can post here all your suggestions and other question. for example you can;t do it your self or your to afraid to do it. let me help you out. if I'm online just drop me a message at s60master@gmail.com include your name and query and I'll do my best to help. you when asking questions please provide screen shots of the said error or problem. I'll guide you trough out the process so don't be afraid.

so lets start.
things you needed:

things you need to consider before proceeding to the next level.

1. don't be so excited. sometimes being excited makes you have some mistake without noticing them. so be calm as possible.
2. check your usb cable if it processing fine. this process may take up to 3mins. well not that long right. yet it is risky because it can kill you phone.
3. be guided on the whole process i will provide the things necessary for you to easily follow the tutorial. screen shots are also provided to help you in the whole process.
4. be productive in terms of problem. don't panic and make it worst. go over here and I'll help you out and never have any problems ok because it can be revive if it is only killed by flashing but if not it is not my fault.
5. you need a full battery or even 50% of it's full.
6. disable your antivirus if you have any.
7. after completed the installation of your JAF and PC suite you must restart your PC.

Warning:
5800 USERS if your unit's LCD had been replaced already don't proceed in here. it will kill your screen.
Don't Upgrade your FW using FOTA and PC suite.




STEP 1

Install ALL the need FILES like JAF, PC SUITE, etc etc

STEP 2

Open Jap Pkey v5 and Click GO

If you using VISTA run as ADMIN
If you using WINDOWS 7 go to properties and change the compatibility mode to windows xp sp3 or sp2 and run as ADMIN

STEP 3

If the POP up window appear just ignore, and click OK and new window appear go to BB5 tab then Follow the CHECK on PICTURE below

STEP 4

Now CLICK MCU and browse your downloaded CORE files (.c0r)

STEP 5

Next is the PPM click it and browse your downloaded ROFS2 (.rofs2)

STEP 6

Next is the APE Variant browse and select (.uda)

any variant that has .UDA in any CFW file is the APE variant so it does not need a screen shot because every .uda file are different from one another.

STEP 7

Turn off your phone and Connect Your Phone to USB

STEP 8

CLICK " FLASH" and YES,

Then if the jaf status screen view like this..

then release if the status screen view like this..

then wait until it say's DONE and disconnect your phone from USB cable...
